How to turn a radio cabinet into a bar
We found this old cabinet at an estate sale. It was partially gutted. We finished the job and took the back off. Then we had a customer who wanted to try and turn this into a bar. We painted the outside gray with a black glaze and the inside green. We removed the slots for the record albums and added a back. If you do not have the ability to cut wood at home, one of the big box stores will cut it for you, usually free of charge. Our customer built the two areas for bottles and found the small refrigerator online that just fit perfectly inside. We painted the hardware silver and later on (I don't have a picture) he had me add a fleur de lis to the outside of each door.
This piece came out amazing only because our customer was very handy himself and it was a joint effort.
